You may think that the most important part of Co-Teaching might be the lesson delivery. It is, however, Lesson Planning that can make or break your Co-Teaching program. Time must be set aside for your teachers to plan together or you risk classrooms where teachers are simply participating in the lesson rather than delivering it.
